What are your deadlines?
We offer one hour delay per garment. For a large volume order, for example 6 to 12 garments, we give a minimum of 24 hours. For online orders, we give 24 hours.

Do you print on sweaters from the outside?
Absolutely! Simply check that the composition of the garment is ironable, either a cotton or a polyester cotton blend.
We can’t print on nylon, elastane, spandex and modal. These are heat-resistant materials. However, a composition of less than 15% is not drastic.
Do you print on caps?
Unfortunately no, we can print on any flat surface such as apron, pillowcase or clothes
Do you really print anything?
Yes! Any image brought on a USB key or sent by email! We’ve seen everything..
Do you have any recommendations for washing?
We recommend washing in cold water, upside down and avoiding the dryer.
This ensures a longer print life!
What kinds of files are recommended for printing?
The . svg, . ai, . eps files are the best when printing, but the . png . PDF and.jpeg high quality also works wonderfully!

Is the price of the print according to the size or number of letters?
The price of printing is according to the number of sides. The first printing side is $20 for a maximum area of 12 inches by 12 inches. The extra sides on the same garment are an additional $10
So no matter how many colors, letters or images, printing is only $20.

Can you print stickers?
We can make vinyl stickers. We work by size and quantity for prices. To make an order, you can send us an email or come in person at the store.
Can you remove the background of my image?
Yes! Our team of graphic designers can help you remove the background, add text or select the subject.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we work with Canada Post. We offer a fixed price of $10 for delivery. Orders over $75 get free shipping.
